- All vehicles are “as is-where is” with no implied warranties or guaranties.
- Description of charges:
- Selling price
- 10% buyers premium
- $75 for licensing (unused balance is refunded)
- Sales tax 8.7%
- Acceptable methods of payment:
- Cash
- Cashiers check
- How to Pay: A minimum of $200 must be paid on sale day. This is a non-refundable deposit. The balance must be paid the following Monday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. A personal check may be used for the deposit with prior approval. If a check is used then the whole bill must be paid the following Monday and the deposit check will be given back.
- Vehicle Pickup: Vehicles and paperwork will be ready the Wednesday following the sale between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
